# How can I change or correct my shipping address?

Contact us through the chat as soon as you notice an address problem.

Send the complete corrected address in this format:

* Recipient's full name
* Street number and street name
* Apartment, unit, or suite number
* City
* State
* ZIP code
* Phone number, if requested for delivery

Also include the email address used for the order and the order confirmation or story title.

If the book has not shipped, we will check whether the address can still be updated. If it has already been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it.

storytellrs is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied at checkout, but we will help review the available options.
