# How can I request an illustration change?

Our design team can make illustration adjustments at no extra cost.

Examples include:

* Changing hair, eye, or skin tone details
* Replacing the source photo
* Adjusting a facial feature
* Correcting an animal's type, name, or color
* Removing or replacing a background character
* Fixing a visual inconsistency between pages

### What to send in the chat

* Your story title or preview link
* The page number or a screenshot
* A precise description of the requested change
* A new, clear photo if the character needs to be regenerated

Edits are usually ready within about 24 hours, often sooner. Please allow around 48 hours over the weekend. These are estimates; complex changes may take longer. Major illustration changes or a complete regeneration may take longer and may produce a different artistic interpretation.

We will send you an updated preview so you can check the result before printing.
