# How long do production and delivery take?

### Design and free edits

Your first digital preview is usually ready in about **24 hours**, or around **48 hours over the weekend**. Free, unlimited edits follow a similar timeline and are often ready sooner. Complex requests may take longer.

### Printing and US delivery

Once your design has been approved and your paid order is ready for print, please allow:

* **Printing and production: approximately 5–7 business days**
* **Delivery after shipment: approximately 2–3 business days** within the United States

That is approximately **7–10 business days for printing and delivery**, in addition to any design preparation or requested edits. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, address problems, public holidays, or additional changes can extend the timeline.

### Ordering for a birthday or event

Please allow extra time. If your event is close, contact us through the chat before ordering so we can explain the likely timing. We cannot guarantee arrival by a particular date.
