# What if the printed book contains an error?

Contact us through the chat within **30 days of delivery** if the printed book contains an error.

Please send:

* Photos of the affected pages
* The page numbers
* A description of what is wrong
* Your approved preview link, if available
* The email address used for the order

We will compare the printed book with the version approved for production.

If the physical book differs from the approved design, or if the error was caused during production, we will review the appropriate replacement or refund.

If the same wording or illustration appeared in your approved preview, tell us anyway so we can help under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Reviewing names, relationships, text, and illustrations before printing remains the best way to avoid a disappointing result.
