# What should I do if my book arrives damaged?

We are sorry your book did not arrive in the condition expected.

Contact us through the chat within **30 days of delivery** and send:

* Photos of the damaged book
* Close-up photos of the affected pages, cover, or binding
* Photos of the external packaging
* The email address used for the order
* Your order confirmation or story title

Keep the book and packaging while we review the case. Our team may need additional information to determine whether the damage occurred during production or delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we will help resolve it with an appropriate replacement or refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
