# Where is my order?

A personalized book moves through several stages:

1. Digital design prepared, usually about 24 hours or around 48 hours over the weekend
2. Design review or free requested edits, usually about 24 hours or around 48 hours over the weekend
3. Approved for print
4. Production, usually 5–7 business days
5. Shipped
6. Delivery, usually 2–3 business days within the United States

If a tracking link is available, it may not show movement immediately after a shipping label is created. Carrier updates can take time to appear.

### Ask us for an update

If you have not received an expected update, contact us through the chat and include:

* The email address used for the order
* The order date
* The child's first name or story title
* Your confirmation or preview link, if available

We will check the current stage and share any information available to us. At this time, storytellrs does not provide a customer-facing live order-status dashboard.
