# Which payment methods can I use?

The payment methods available for your order are displayed securely at checkout.

Depending on your device and location, these may include major debit or credit cards and supported digital-wallet options.

Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. storytellrs does not receive your full card details.

### If payment does not work

Try the following:

1. Check that the billing details match your card.
2. Confirm that the card has not expired.
3. Try another browser or device.
4. Try another payment method shown at checkout.
5. Ask your bank whether it blocked the transaction.

If you still need help, contact us through the chat. Share the email address used for the story and a screenshot of the error, but **never send your complete card number or security code**.
