# Why can’t I open my preview or upload a photo?

If your preview does not open or a photo will not upload, try these steps:

1. Refresh the page and open the link again.
2. Try a recent version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
3. Switch from a work, school, or restricted network to a personal connection.
4. Disable VPNs, content blockers, or browser extensions temporarily.
5. Try another device.
6. Use a clear JPG or PNG image and avoid unusually large files.
