Little Legends was the previous name of Storytellrs. In September 2026, we changed our name to Storytellrs. Existing Little Legends customers can continue using Storytellrs in the same way. storytellrs books are designed around one main child. This is reviewed case by case and is not guaranteed. Before creating the story, contact us through the chat and explain your idea. If we agree to try the change, the design work is free. The result may not be possible on every page, and a story focused on one child will usually work better.

Where is my order?

Accepted Answer

A personalized book moves through several stages:

Digital design prepared, usually about 24 hours or around 48 hours over the weekend
Design review or free requested edits, usually about 24 hours or around 48 hours over the weekend
Approved for print
Production, usually 5–7 business days
Shipped
Delivery, usually 2–3 business days within the United States

If a tracking link is available, it may not show movement immediately after a shipping label is created. Carrier updates can take time to appear.

Ask us for an update

If you have not received an expected update, contact us through the chat and include:

The email address used for the order
The order date
The child's first name or story title
Your confirmation or preview link, if available

We will check the current stage and share any information available to us. At this time, storytellrs does not provide a customer-facing live order-status dashboard.

How can I change or correct my shipping address?

Accepted Answer

Contact us through the chat as soon as you notice an address problem.

Send the complete corrected address in this format:

Recipient's full name
Street number and street name
Apartment, unit, or suite number
City
State
ZIP code
Phone number, if requested for delivery

Also include the email address used for the order and the order confirmation or story title.

If the book has not shipped, we will check whether the address can still be updated. If it has already been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it.

storytellrs is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied at checkout, but we will help review the available options.

Why can’t I open my preview or upload a photo?

Accepted Answer

If your preview does not open or a photo will not upload, try these steps:

Refresh the page and open the link again.
Try a recent version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
Switch from a work, school, or restricted network to a personal connection.
Disable VPNs, content blockers, or browser extensions temporarily.
Try another device.
Use a clear JPG or PNG image and avoid unusually large files.

Is it free to create and edit a story?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating and previewing your storytellrs design is free, with no obligation to buy a printed book. You can create more than one story request.

Story, text, and illustration edits are free and unlimited. Review your preview and ask for changes through the chat until you are happy with the design.

How to request a free edit

Open the chat and send us:

The email address used for the story
The story title or preview link
The page or illustration that needs to change
A clear description of the result you want
A replacement photo, when relevant

Edits are usually ready within about 24 hours, often sooner. Please allow around 48 hours over the weekend. These are estimates; complex changes may take longer.

You only pay if you choose to order a printed copy. Softcover books start at $14.95, and premium hardcover books start at $29.95. Check the order summary for delivery charges and any applicable taxes before paying.

Free design edits do not include free reprinting of a book already in production. Please request changes before approving your book for print.
