How long does storytellrs keep my data?

Our standard retention period is 60 days:

• Order-related personal data: 60 days after the last transaction
• Uploaded photos and personalization data: 60 days after the last order
• Contact data: 60 days after the last contact

Information that must be retained for legal or transaction-record obligations may need to be kept longer.

Can I ask for my data to be deleted?

Yes. Contact us through the chat to request access, correction, or deletion. Our team will explain what can be removed and any information we are required to retain.
