Because every book is personalized, production may begin soon after your order is approved. We can only change the printed version if the order has not entered production.

• The email address used for the order
• Your order confirmation, story title, or preview link
• The exact change required
• The affected page number
• Any replacement photo or final wording

If production has not started, we may pause the order, make the requested change for free, and send you a revised preview for approval.

If production has already started, we may be unable to change or cancel the printed book. Our team will explain the available options after checking the order.

Always review names, family roles, text, addresses, and illustrations carefully before approving a book for print.
