How can I change the story or text?

You can request changes to your story at no extra cost.

Common requests include:

Correcting a name or spelling
Replacing “Mom” with “Grandma,” “Dad” with “Grandpa,” or another family role
Rewriting a sentence or page
Changing a relationship, activity, wish, or story detail
Removing a character or detail that does not fit the child
Requesting a different theme or story direction

Edits are usually ready within about 24 hours, often sooner. Please allow around 48 hours over the weekend. These are estimates; complex changes may take longer. We will send you an updated preview when it is ready.

If you have already ordered, contact us immediately. We can only edit the printed version if production has not started.
