Payments are processed by our secure payment provider. storytellrs does not receive your full card details.

If payment does not work

Try the following:

3. Try another browser or device.
4. Try another payment method shown at checkout.
5. Ask your bank whether it blocked the transaction.

If you still need help, contact us through the chat. Share the email address used for the story and a screenshot of the error, but never send your complete card number or security code.
